This past Sunday was the first official Sunday football of the season, and we were ready for a busy day. The morning started with a heavy rainstorm that arrived right at the market’s opening, but we toughed it out. Once the skies cleared, the energy picked up immediately, and the crowd was just what we expected — supportive, enthusiastic, and ready for great food. People flocked to our tent, and our Square Sicilian Focaccia Slices were flying off the table. For a few of our clients who happened to be hosting football parties, we also had a handful of pre-ordered sandwich boxes go out, which received glowing feedback. One client even shared that our sandwiches, made on our homemade focaccia, had guests raving.
